Separate public forms and private workspaces
Form Champions provides hosted forms, initial estimate displays, source reporting, and private contractor workspaces. The named contractor supplies the actual home-service work, equipment, final price, warranty, scheduling, and customer follow-up. Form Champions is not the installing contractor or a lender.
A contractor may share its public form link in its own ads or website. Private customer details and dashboards require authorized account access. Use accounts and API keys you are authorized to manage; do not connect a different business’s systems without its permission.
Initial budget guidance, not a final quote
New requests use the contractor’s published equipment packages and installed pricing ranges. If no approved, current package matches, the request needs a custom quote. The public estimate preview uses a reference template; existing shared estimates retain their saved pricing snapshot. They are initial guidance, not a binding quote or a load calculation. Square footage alone does not determine equipment capacity, duct requirements, zone count, installation complexity, or code compliance. A contractor must verify the building and confirm the final scope and price.
Equipment images, brands, configurations, warranties, rebates, and availability need confirmation by the named contractor. The budget slider changes the selected price; it does not calculate equipment efficiency or energy savings. No quantified energy-savings result is promised.
A contractor can supply a reviewed lender offer, eligible equipment brands, expiry date, lender link, APR/term description, and approved disclosure text through onboarding. These are contractor-supplied statements, not independently verified offers or credit approvals from Form Champions. Current offers are linked to the lender; expired offers stop appearing when an estimate page is viewed. No automated monthly payment is inferred from a brand name or APR alone.
Calls, texts and follow-up
Text-message permission is optional and applies to the named contractor’s response and follow-ups about your request, not unrelated marketing from other contractors. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to the contractor’s registered texting number to opt out or HELP for help. You can also contact the contractor directly using the company details on its form or estimate.
Calls and actual text messages run through the contractor’s Housecall Pro account. A draft copied from Form Champions is not a sent or delivered message. Native Pipeline automation, message timing, customer links, consent checks, reply detection, quiet hours and opt-outs must be configured and maintained by the contractor in Housecall Pro. Form Champions does not independently confirm message delivery or read the Inbox replies.
The dashboard records staff-entered outcomes and provides internal reminders. A no-reply label means no response has been recorded there. Pausing a dashboard reminder or recording an opt-out there blocks future local handoffs; it does not cancel a native workflow already started in another system. Contractors must update and honor opt-outs in Housecall Pro as well.
Appointment requests need confirmation
Choosing a preferred date and time saves a visit request. It is not a confirmed technician dispatch or a reserved calendar slot until the contractor confirms it. An external booking calendar may have its own availability and conditions. Any assessment fee, installation commitment, or other service term must be confirmed directly with the contractor.
Independent services and variable availability
Facebook/Meta, Housecall Pro, RentCast, and equipment manufacturers are independent third parties. Describing a connection or showing a reference does not mean they sponsor, endorse, or have approved Form Champions. Account permissions, eligible provider plans, outages, limits, and API changes may affect availability.
The contractor controls its advertising and service accounts and pays its providers directly under their own agreements. The Facebook connection currently reads reporting data; it does not manage bids, budgets, or campaigns. There is no guarantee of specific leads, sales, savings, profit, or advertising return.
Commercial terms and data-processing agreements
Subscription prices, payment terms, cancellation/refunds, liability allocations, governing law, and any formal data-processing addendum must be documented in the agreement actually offered to and accepted by the business. Form Champions does not silently import AdWash’s commercial terms or impose a new contract by copying another product’s footer.
