Essential sign-in cookie
The ff_session cookie keeps an invited account signed in for up to seven days. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and Secure on the production HTTPS site. The server stores a hash of the session token. Signing out revokes that session and clears the cookie. Blocking it prevents private dashboard login; public forms do not require an account.
Advertising and source parameters
Form Champions currently loads no Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, advertising retargeting tag, or Conversions API customer event. There are no optional advertising cookies in this implementation to switch on or off.
UTM fields and ad identifiers already present in a form URL are read when the request is submitted and stored with that request for source reporting. The app does not create a cross-site advertising profile from those tags. Facebook or another destination may use its own cookies on its own pages.
Available choices
You can clear or block site cookies in your browser, use a private browsing window, or sign out of the dashboard. A contractor can disconnect an account inside Connections and can revoke access or rotate its company key in the provider’s own account settings.
